Her influence extended to performance management, where she implemented defective systems and oversaw compliance and benefits administration in precision. She scouted new clients and diverse candidates and negotiated equitable compensation offers while ensuring client satisfaction. This all became second nature to her.

Belinda’s knack for building strong relationships and trust extended beyond the office walls. She is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, embodying her values as a trained Reiki Master for over two decades.
